Darren and the crew’s service was exemplary! I am extremely pleased! They performed a task I just couldn’t handle. I recommend them highly. I would not hesitate to use their service in the future and highly recommended them for any and all of your needs. Thank you BioOne!

I came to Indianapolis from out of state to help a relative return home after a long stint in the hospital. What I found when I got to their house was a filthy hoard of trash that I knew nothing about. I needed help. I called Bio-One and they came right out and were able to get to work very quickly. They were understanding and friendly, easy to work with, and did a great job with the cleanup. I hope I never need them again, but I can happily recommend them to anyone needing cleanup help.

Freezer disaster! The owner answered the phone in the middle of the night & was there with a crew of 6 the next morning. The freezer & contents were gone and the putrid multi-day melt mess (just imagine!) on the basement floor cleaned up & disinfectd within a couple hours, all for a very reasonable price. Nightmare averted like a dream! One of the best purchases I ever made.

My aunt fell very, very ill and her home turned into a disaster. Addison, Alex, and the rest of the crew were so compassionate, helpful, and did an amazing job getting her house cleaned and livable again. I cannot thank you all enough for your help. Would absolutely recommend these guys.
Samantha Lahey
The crew was polite and awesome to work with. They fit in like they were part of the family. They knew when you needed a break. I don't know if I could have made it through the day without them. Thank you!

I called Bio-One for help with raccoon feces in my attic as the exterminators wouldn’t remove it. They came out and gave us a free estimate and started the work right away after we agreed on a price. The young men were precise and worked quickly. The work completed by Richard and his team is without a doubt magnificent.

We had a pipe burst in our crawlspace and the plumber said we needed a bio company to chemically treat and remove the sewage. I called Bio-One NW Indianapolis late at night as the website says 24 hours. They not only cleaned the sewage up they put down plastic so we could have a cleaner entry! Easily the best company I called, money well spent.

My friend had asked me for help in cleaning out her hoarded vacation home. She’s been storing things there off and on for over 10 years. The rodents got in and tore the place to shreds. Bio-One NW Indianapolis got the place cleaned up and looking like new. If I ever need one of the services they provide I know who I’m calling!!

I want to say thank you to the fine young men who work at Bio-One NW. I have a grandmother that just isn’t able to get around anymore and so her house had filled up with assorted trash and boxes. Over time with the 3 cats, the boxes and paper became very nasty. We tried to take care of it ourselves but so much had become one with the floor. After calling and setting an estimate, the crew got to work and peeled up most of the floor after removing the trash. Cleaned and sanitized the family home and I have to say that Grandma’s has never been that clean in anybody’s memory. I would absolutely recommend an estimate from Bio-One.

My family and I had taken vacation to come home to our house burglarized and ransacked. Luckily nothing irreplaceable was taken and my two dogs found shelter in the backyard in my shed. Bio-One NW came out and did the work and at the end worked with us on the price. For any kind of clean up or remediation, I highly recommend.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What is Hoarding?
Hoarding is a behavioral pattern characterized by the excessive acquisition of and inability to discard large quantities of objects that cover the living areas of a home and cause significant distress or impairment.

Compulsive hoarding behavior has been associated with health risks, economic burdens, and adverse effects on personal relationships. When clinically significant enough to impair functioning, hoarding can prevent typical uses of space so as to limit basic daily activities like moving through the home, eating, and sleeping. It can also put people at risk due to increased risks of injury, fire, and disease.
Why Hire Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis To Cleanup Your Hoarding Residence?
Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis prioritize concern for the well being of our customers and their families, always following our slogan, “Help First, Business Second.” Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis soundly reject the business-first mindset of other companies who see people and their families asking for help as vulnerable and exploit the economic opportunity. Our primary goal is to help people improve their lives and begin the process of moving forward.
What Makes Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis Different From Other Hoarding Cleanup Companies?
Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis sets itself apart from other hoarding cleanup companies in four distinct ways:

Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis come to give on-site estimates, never blind, inflated estimates over the phone. This allows us to give an accurate estimate and scope of work.

Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis do not give bait & switch quotes. Unlike other companies that lowball their estimates and then ratchet the price up as the job progresses, our experience and expertise allows us to give accurate estimates that reflect what the job will cost.

Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis are truly a local company, the owners and employees all call the NW Indianapolis area home, too. Other companies take your call from outside our community, and then subcontract your job out to some workers who are neither hoarding specialists nor trained professionals. Many times the contracting company does not even know the subs they have hired.

Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis respond to a hoarding cleanup request immediately because we are locally based. We're not heading into the area, we're already here.
Does Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis Share Information About Or Notify Any Other Entity Regarding A Hoarding Matter?
Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis goes to great lengths to ensure your privacy and our discretion. For starters, we use unmarked vehicles and we don’t suit up outside whenever possible. We’re also good at gently, but firmly, shooing away nosy neighbors and we don’t answer their probing questions.

Does Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis Offer Any Maintenance Or Follow Up Service After The Initial Hoarding Cleanup?
Yes. Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis offers a regularly-scheduled maintenance program where Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis return to the residence or property after the initial cleanup and perform follow up services to ensure that it remains in the state it was when we completed the job.
Do I Have To Get A Maid Service After You Are Done To Clean The Property?
Yes. While the original hoarding cleanup will result in the removal of all necessary/requested items, the hoarding residence will still be in need of a thorough and detailed cleaning, due to the effects caused by the original hoarding situation. Bio-One Of NW Indianapolis offers a detailed cleaning program to anyone who's interested.
