Freezer disaster! The owner answered the phone in the middle of the night & was there with a crew of 6 the next morning. The freezer & contents were gone and the putrid multi-day melt mess (just imagine!) on the basement floor cleaned up & disinfectd within a couple hours, all for a very reasonable price. Nightmare averted like a dream! One of the best purchases I ever made.

I honestly don't have any words. They have given me my life back. I let my house go for far too long. Richard and his team took their time and treated not only my home but my possessions with the utmost respect. They were all friendly, kind and compassionate. There was absolutely no judgement from anyone and they got straight to work. I cannot recommend them enough. Their skill and thoroughness is astounding. In 4 days, I had my life back. Five years worth of tears and depression, and they gave me a fresh start in 4 days. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea what you do for individuals like myself that are in the spot like we were. You are all wonderful!

The team at Bio One NW Indianapolis is great. They were very knowledgeable on hoarding clean up since my house had a little too much clutter. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable. If you need help, this is the team to call.

I had a friend in need and Richard and Bio-One made it happen. All a person can say is that they started with a task so large that I couldn't comprehend the undertaking. The work was done quickly and the situation was taken care of. Thank you.

My friend had A LOT of junk. These guys handled all the junk and removed it so fast! They were caring and understanding. They even made sure to keep items that had value and were sentimental! You can tell they deal with hoarding all the time because they knew what was important to me and my friend. I have another friend that is also a hoarder and when they are ready I’ll be going right back to Bio One NW Indianapolis

Indy Legal Aid would like to thank Bio-One NW that came to the rescue for one of our clients. Bio-One NW Indianapolis came through in the clutch for the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society! Our housing program helps individuals, often elderly and/or disabled, who are in danger of being vacated from their home. In one such situation, our office reached out to Bio-One on behalf of a client who was in desperate need of help and needed assistance right away. The owner of the company, Dr. Richard Weinblatt, personally answered the phone when our office called. He listened carefully to the needs of our client, assessed the situation, and within 36 hours, his company had resolved the issues. Bio-One was compassionate, professional, and did outstanding work. Thank you Bio-One!
