The team at Bio One NW Indianapolis is great. They were very knowledgeable on hoarding clean up since my house had a little too much clutter. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable. If you need help, this is the team to call.

FANTASTIC COMPANY! Not only did they use two days (when we only paid for one) to clean, pack, and move one of our veterans, but they also helped him unpack and set up his TV for him. Thank you, Bio-One, for serving our Hoosier Heroes!

I want to say thank you to the fine young men who work at Bio-One NW. I have a grandmother that just isn’t able to get around anymore and so her house had filled up with assorted trash and boxes. Over time with the 3 cats, the boxes and paper became very nasty. We tried to take care of it ourselves but so much had become one with the floor. After calling and setting an estimate, the crew got to work and peeled up most of the floor after removing the trash. Cleaned and sanitized the family home and I have to say that Grandma’s has never been that clean in anybody’s memory. I would absolutely recommend an estimate from Bio-One.

Richard and his team were very professional, caring, and compassionate in dealing with our family’s needs. I would highly recommend them for all your needs that they provide. The process was made easier for us in dealing with the overwhelming situation we were in. Can’t thank these guys enough!

My house had become a catch all when I went to take care of my Dad. After 3 years the poor house was stacked full of everything. I didn’t know where to begin. I called Bio-One and they came and looked at it and said “no problem”. I had others to come and look and they wouldn’t touch it. Addison and his crew came and jumped in. I went around and said “keep that” and all else throw out. They even helped my son find a ring that had been lost for years. They gave me moral support when everyone else had just judged me. Richard and his wonderful team came out late at night during a very stressful time. Richard was very professional, kind, listened to my wants and concerns, and his team went to work with military precision. While the process took several hours, when they were done, it was like nothing happened. Richard was able to work directly with USAA, and was very responsive to their emails to make the process as painless and quick as possible. You can tell he and his team work with compassion and care, and utmost professionalism. Their level of service is equal to USAA, which is how customer service should be.

I honestly don't have any words. They have given me my life back. I let my house go for far too long. Richard and his team took their time and treated not only my home but my possessions with the utmost respect. They were all friendly, kind and compassionate. There was absolutely no judgement from anyone and they got straight to work. I cannot recommend them enough. Their skill and thoroughness is astounding. In 4 days, I had my life back. Five years worth of tears and depression, and they gave me a fresh start in 4 days. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea what you do for individuals like myself that are in the spot like we were. You are all wonderful!

I called for Services at 9:30 PM the night before I needed services. They set a appointment for 9 AM the next day and was very prompt on arrival and was able to complete the work that I needed. They came prepared and ready to go to work. They were very nice polite and productive I really recommend them for any of the services that they have listed on their website you will be very pleased with their services and work.
